January 2023 Diary of a Nature Journaler video available on Patreon
A new year, and a new blank journal.
January can be hard here in the Northern hemisphere, it's cold, and the days are short. But I've found over the years that I now enjoy it, I enjoy the calm after the busy festive period.
That's definitely due to spending as much time outside as possible and nature journaling.
Being outside and noticing the small changes is so good for us, good for our emotions, mental well being and good for our bodies.
I make a monthly diary of the previous months' Nature Journal. I talk about what I saw and why I included it. Show you the places I visit and what I see on my patch. I also include some painting sections, and I post close up photos of the journal pages.
