Swan - Hand printed fabric patch

I have been drawn in by the nettle this year.  Known to most as a weed, a nuisance, a purveyor of pain! 
 
I found that there were many stories, fariytales and folktales with Nettles as a character. Many of them also included Swans.  One story is 'The Wild Swans'  Nettles are made into magical garmets to free eleven brothers from spell that made them into wild Swans.
 
I made this patch to complement my hand dyed Nettle patch.
 
This patch also comes with an A5 card with a quote from the story by Hans Christian Anderson.
 
Use your patch to add some Swan magic to your clothing, blanket or a bag, or use it to mend a hole and give a favourite piece a new lease of life.
 
This product is fully sustainable, made with paper, natural dye and printed onto undyed Oeko-Tex calico.
